{"id":1191,"date":"2011-09-25T18:59:47","date_gmt":"2011-09-25T18:59:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/michaelcrane.net\/wp\/2011\/09\/25\/wherein-i-talk-about-the-king-of-spades\/"},"modified":"2011-09-25T18:59:47","modified_gmt":"2011-09-25T18:59:47","slug":"wherein-i-talk-about-the-king-of-spades","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/michaelcrane.net\/wp\/wherein-i-talk-about-the-king-of-spades\/","title":{"rendered":"Wherein I talk about the King of Spades"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Written: 09\/25\/2011<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been writing as &#8220;The King of Spades,&#8221; for a few different reasons.\u00a0 So I thought I&#8217;d search online to see what else is out there under the same name.<\/p>\n<p>First up, King of Spades Online&#8230;who makes&#8230;spades!\u00a0 <a href=\"http:\/\/www.kingofspadesonline.com\/\">You know, shovels<\/a>!<\/p>\n<p>Next up, The King of Spades&#8230;the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.thekingofspades.com\/\">MMORPG<\/a>!\u00a0 Looks interesting, but I don&#8217;t have enough time to play any more games, so sadly, I&#8217;ll have to pass on this one.<\/p>\n<p>And then I went to Wikipedia.\u00a0 Here is the description of the King of Spades:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>It is representative of a person who is intelligent and authoritative in judgment, and is not easy to get along with. In the art of card fortune telling, the King of Spades is viewed as a dishonest lawyer<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Maybe I should have called myself the King of Clubs instead:<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em>The King of clubs has the meaning of good character and loyalty and the realization of ideals.
