He also limited cash bonuses. In <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/video\/84883264\/#ooid=RlYmhkMzrLIq2NNklSN-mH356R2VKpxp\">this Bloomberg Television interview<\/a>, he outlined three reasons his employees shouldn&#8217;t be upset with a smaller salary. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em> 1. They&#8217;re &#8220;na\u00efve&#8221; and should read the newspaper. <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em> 2. Compensation shouldn&#8217;t define their overall level of happiness. If it does, &#8220;you have a problem which is much bigger than the job.&#8221; <\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\"><em> 3. Life&#8217;s too short. &#8220;If you&#8217;re really unhappy, just leave.
