Today's Mighty Oak

Here’s some more items that I’ve had around for a while but have not have a chance to pass them on, enjoy!

We’ll start off with Disney Characters…as zombies!  Some of the costumes are pretty good, others not so much, but still fun.

What if Lost had an opening credit sequence…like Dollhouse:

Last year, PETA was trying to have Phil freed.  Here’s the quote, that is completely true:

Phil is “being treated better than the average child in Pennsylvania” and lives in a climate-controlled environment.

Would you rather an iPad or a stone:

I vote for multi task…

Speaking of the iPad, do you remember that it was unveiled the same day as the State of the Union address?  Well, here’s the results if you were to just mash the two together:

It’s old, and already been a problem, but Murray Hill Inc ran for Congress.  Check out their press release and TV commercial.

Feeling sick and don’t want to go to work?  Make sure to follow Kim’s advice:

Okay, I’ll be back with another post, but I need to restart my computer, so I have to cut this one short so Windows Updater will stop having a conniption.

Couple cool things for everyone:

The continuing creep of advertising continues.  Apparently teachers are now selling ad space on quizzes, test and finals.  Note to all my teacher friends…call me.  We’ll make a bundle!

Sam and Max season two is coming!

Here is the latest video from CubeNews1, their holiday gift guide. It’s fun, dorky humor, I’m actually subscribed to their stuff on youtube, so check it out.

Also, I have recently discovered that my mp3 player will play videos (if I convert them), so I updated iTunes and headed to the store to check out the podcasts.  I found a bunch from Slate and some from the Post Gazette that I’m really enjoying!  I’ll get a list together and post it soon!

That’s it for now, short update, but I’ll be back with more soon!
