Quick update for everyone. Things have been going well, nothing too exciting, although it has been a very busy week. If you are interested and haven’t heard yet, Tor books (and Harriet) named the author who will finish The Wheel of Time Book 12: A Memory of Light. I’m going to see him at a book signing on Thursday at SouthSide Works, I’ll report back after that.
We decorated the house and got the tree up, it looks very nice, so I’m just about ready for Christmas, although I have a few more presents to buy, and then I have to wrap them all still, ugh.
I did find a nice pine cone in the parking lot of work the other day, that was very nice. I don’t know what I’m going to do with it, for right now, it’s just sitting in my little supply closet.
I’m kind of at a loss for words at the moment, I have some more “Mike gets some Culture” entries that I want to write about, but I need to block out a lot of time to sit down and do each of those (and to update the corresponding photo galleries), so there is more coming, I promise!
